Well I am very quiet for some time ... to be precise ... since CCP started to spreat very nasty rumors about me ... for example ... I would molest children. This is a kind of dealing on wich I can only be silent otherwise I would lower my niveau to CCP-Level.
But now there is some new turning. The Icalandic Data Protection Agency investigated against CCP and found out CCP is violating every law by transfering personal datas about their customers totally unprotected around the world ... and specially without proper consent ... and no just a notice within the EULA isnt a proper consent according to Icelandic law.
Well CCP has till the 1st of December to get proper conset of every customer ... so watch out if there is some EULA-Changes and hidden within a notice about data transfer ... I could imagine CCP's way of abusing customers will lead to some new trick to hide that fact that customers have rights.
